Terms & Things to Know 

1. We exclusively create premium decor experiences for intimate celebrations at homes and private farms.
2. Bookings must be confirmed a minimum of 5 days in advance to ensure seamless planning and execution.
3. A 20% advance payment is required to block and confirm the event date.
4. As our services involve rental inventory, a refundable security deposit equivalent to 20% of the total invoice is mandatory. The deposit is refunded on the day of dismantling, subject to all inventory being returned in appropriate condition.
5. 100% payment along with the refundable security deposit must be completed at least 4 hours prior to event commencement.
6. One client servicing visit is included to review the layout and assist with quantity planning. Our execution team arrives directly on the event day for setup.
7. Experienced supervisors are included with every setup. Designer-led styling support can additionally be opted for through our expert event stylists.
8. Customisation is not offered on existing designs, except for neon signage and birthday backdrops/hashtags.
9. Additional genset charges will apply for in-house events where the lighting requirement exceeds 10 KVA.
10. Product images are indicative in nature. Minor variations in florals, props, fabrics, or styling elements may occur depending on availability and seasonality.
11. Selected decor elements are reserved only after advance payment confirmation. Adding products to the cart does not guarantee booking availability.
12. Changes to the selected setup, quantities, or event date may not be accommodated once the booking is confirmed.
13. Any damage, excessive staining, or loss of rental inventory during the event will be chargeable accordingly.
14. Setup and dismantling timelines will be coordinated as per the event schedule and property accessibility.
15. Clients are requested to ensure uninterrupted access to the venue space, power supply, and parking for smooth execution.
16. Outdoor setups remain subject to weather conditions and site feasibility.

Cancellation advances are non-refundable once production and inventory blocking has been initiated.
