While BigBash was dedicated to creating large-scale weddings and luxury celebrations, we realized these smaller, personal occasions deserved the same level of design and professionalism.
That’s when we decided to create a dedicated portal exclusively created for intimate celebrations, bringing together the same BigBash aesthetics, quality checks, attention to detail, and seamless execution in a format that is simple, quick, and accessible.

DYOD (Do Your Own Decor) is an online decor rental platform for intimate celebrations at homes, private lawns, and farmhouses. We provide ready-to-install decor packages that are delivered and set up at your venue.
Browse decor by moodboards or individual decor elements on our website, then connect with our team on WhatsApp for assistance. Select your decor, confirm your booking, and we’ll take care of the setup.
No. We require a minimum booking notice of 5 days before the event date.
Depending on the setup size, installation is usually starts 8–12 hours before the event. Dismantling is typically done immediately provided the party ends before 2 am.
No. An online payment is required to confirm every booking.
The refundable security deposit is returned on the day of dismantling, subject to item inspection.
DYOD is designed exclusively for homes and private property. We do not operate in commercial venues due to their operational protocols.
The security deposit must be paid online. The remaining amount may be paid in cash up to 5 hours before the event.
You can request an extension subject to availability. Additional rental charges will apply and can be coordinated with our manager.
The security deposit is 20% of the total booking value and is refundable after successful inspection of the rented items.
Any deduction from the security deposit will depend on the extent of damage, loss, or condition of the returned items.
Only personalized elements such as names, hashtags, and backdrop lettering can be customized. For fully customized décor, you may explore our Big Bash décor services.
You can contact our manager to cancel your booking. Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable if only 10 days are left for the event.
