• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Custom/made-to-order items may take longer as mentioned on the product page.
• Shipping Methods: Standard and expedited shipping available at checkout.
• Delivery Time:
  • Standard: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–4 business days

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size & delivery location. Free shipping may apply for eligible order values.
• International Shipping: Available for selected countries. Customs fees/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is shipped.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your package is lost/damaged. We will assist with a resolution.
• Address Changes: Can be requested only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
